I understand and agree that, should I respond to any email requesting information such as my Vetiva Online PIN, profile number, password or any personal details, and fraud is committed on my account, I shall not hold Vetiva Capital Management Limited liable for any loss(es) which I may incur. Please note that Vetiva will never ask for your username and password via e-mail or telephone.



I further understand that accessing my Vetiva Online facility from any publicly accessible venue, such as an internet café, poses a risk that my details may be compromised by key logging or spy-ware attacks. I therefore further agree that, should I do my Vetiva Online transactions at such a venue, Vetiva Capital Management Limited shall not be held liable for any loss(es) which I may incur.
